                                      Cookie Making Activity

Before making cookies, students researched cookie recipes with their families, and it was decided to make a recipe as a class based on the recipes they researched. The students became cooks, entered the kitchen and learned the trick of making cookies. primarily, the definitions were determined by establishing associations. which measurements were used. Using the ingredients in accordance with the recipe, first the dough for the cookie was made. He first explained the materials to be put into the cookie to each student, and then the dough was made by placing the ingredients in the basin in order. Dough was shared with all students and they were given the shape they wanted. They were asked which shapes they used and how many pieces the cookie had. Students were allowed to do activities using their creativity. and the cookies were placed on the tray and baked in the oven. they ate the cookies they baked with pleasure. They applied their math skills by doing and living and had a different experience. The happiness of all the students could be read in their eyes.
